Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate and Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Cellfixt Atlanta. The Sales Associate Repair Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with selecting accessories,  troubleshooting issues, minor phone repairs, and managing daily store operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in selecting accessories, phone repairs, diagnosing issues, recharge phone plans, phone activations.
  • Sales: Promote and sell products and services, including repair servies, temper glass (screen protectors), phone cases, other device accessories, sim cards, and phone plans.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide basic troubleshooting for common mobile device issues and educate customers on their phone issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phones, accessories, and technologies. Learn all the products in stock and promote sales.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and organized. Keep inventory up to date in system.
  • Store Operations: Handle daily tasks such as opening/closing the store, processing transactions, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required. Know how to perform  repairs on phones such as Iphone and Samsung phones. (e.g. replacement of screen, battery, charging port, camera lens, water damage diagnosis, etc)
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, tech-savvy, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Identify water damage phones and be able to repair them. Know how to repair iPhone and Samsung phones, know the parts of the phones, and how to use the tools effectively. Know how to promote sales of accessories and apply temper glass and other protectors on phones.
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
